Ryanair Cancellation Policy

All Ryanair flights are changeable but they cannot be cancelled. If you do not travel on your booked flight the air fare, fees and charges are non-refundable but you may apply within one month of the date of travel for a refund of the Government Tax paid using this link.

According to the U.S. Department of Airlines, you can cancel a non-refundable ticket and receive a full refund of any airfare booked in the United States, without cancellation fees or penalties, as long as you booked your ticket seven days ahead of your flight and you do so within 24 hours of booking.

Ryanair Booking Cancellation Fees

All fare total is treated as cancellation fees by Ryanair Customer Service. If you cancel your tickets within 1 month of the date of departure, you may receive a refund amount from Government tax. For obtaining Government tax as a refund you need to pay an administration fee of $19 to $22.

How do I get a refund from Ryanair?

There are not any no show fees. You can do exactly as you plan - except that if the passenger does not turn up, you cannot use the spare seat for yourself if the airline happens to have sold it to someone else, whcih can happen. No need to tell the airline in advance.
